The well being as an inner principle
We ought to look at the human being as a unified balanced system and we ought to take care about it thinking in a wide manner. Well being is the result to take care about the "being" that is looking at the whole processes in which individual life is involved to maintain a positive inner image of oneself.
The muscles are like lines of energy that describe and communicate the mental referential image of oneself (in psychophysiology called "body image").
The body memorizes and shows both pleasure and pain stored in the mind (emotions) during the lifetime.
If the daily worries and the hurry about are not balanced by moments of true rest, the body image loss its original sound shape and can't become positive.
So the external stress becomes internal; that is, it became a part of our body image that faithfully keeps all that muscle tension defensive, completely harmful and painful.
It's like driving with the handbrakes on and than we smell something burning!
The body of a newborn has no memory and bad records and for this reason it is so flexible, his body image is the sound expression of the real being.
The Well being generates from a mind that keeps a positive "body image": that is, enables a mind able to answer actively to the positive stimulus (such as bodily perception of pleasure) and re-actively to the negative stimulus.
The logic of my massage
When my hands lightly touch the muscular tissue, they hear and see the memory stored in the mind through the body image, impressed and reflected by the body: they can hear the path left by good things and the one left by anxiety and worries that have changed the positive body image that everybody had since childhood. So through the massage, I'm melting the negative memory to the positive and constructive one of the childhood.
In this way I can modify the antagonistic patterns printed in your body and I can give lightness and peace to your spirit.
When we neglect our well being
What happens when our body memory is not purified every so often?
A general degenerating process begins: tens or hypotonic muscles (the muscles loose elasticity, they become inflamed and they tear and start some complication, such as pain, joint stress, tendons inflammation, inability to relax, to rest and having deep sleeping).
The diverted body image tells the mind to be always on alert modifying the hormonal balance that produces degenerative organic processes.
